Door Supervisors

NDSS Ltd has been providing licensed Door Supervisors to the Entertainment & Leisure industry for a number of years. Each member of our security team is trained beyond the current requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and receive on-going training on a regular basis. Substance Misuse, Alcohol & Drug Awareness, Health & Safety and Conflict Management are areas of training each member of our team must receive prior to starting any contract with NDSS. In addition, each member of staff will be familiar with the Private Security Industry Act 2001 and the importance of providing a customer care based security service.

Security Guards
 
Our security services extend into luxury apartments blocks, extravagant reception areas and deluxe city centre offices. Corporate Security Officers can say a lot about you and your business. We can monitor entrance points, record people movement in and out of your building. Take in parcels and post and operate a sign-in/out record. All of our staff are familiar with viewing numerous CCTV monitors and using electronic patrol systems.
Our Corporate Officers take pride in their appearance, each member of staff wearing a branded dark suit. Each member of staff will present themselves in a professional and courteous manner.
NDSS currently has Static Guards working in car parking areas, workplace entrance & exit points and construction sites. To back up our uniformed guards we use a variety of warning signs and notices. We also have mobile and quick response vehicles. All guards have radio links to both our 24 hour control facility, and the Police.
NDSS will offer a full site security survey and risk assessment which will help us understand the security needs for your workplace and enable us to offer practical advice and recommendations on a security solution that will enhance the protection of your business. Retail Guarding

The presence of a uniformed guard on your shop floor is one of the biggest crime deterrents available. Our guards will meet and greet your customers, putting forward your stores customer friendly approach. All of our retail staff are trained in First Aid, Fire Safety and are licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to use your stores CCTV system. We can supply your management team and checkout operators with 2 way radios. These radios link direct to our guards on the shop floor, helping to install peace of mind among your staff. All Guards are familiar with Shop Watch and Town Link Networks. This gives your store the best protection available from theft, vandalism and unwanted customers. Your staff will also feel safer; this in turn will create a friendly and safe environment for both your staff and your customers.
NDSS Ltd can also provide you with Covert Store Detectives. Not only can they assist our uniformed guards, but our Covert Officers can also protect your store from Theft from Employees. Covert Officers can monitor warehouse areas and checkout points. We can also advise on CCTV, Tag Systems and Cash Handling.

Signage Services

NDSS Ltd can provide Free of Charge signage services to any site throughout South Wales. Our signs are currently being utilised on building and construction sites, car parks and other areas where a simple sign can act as a visual deterrent.
