About NDSS Ltd

NDSS Ltd is a provider of Licensed Security Personnel & Crowd Safety Management Services.

Founded by its current directors, Mr Nick Dymond and Ms Amanda Bradley, NDSS Ltd operate out of its head office in South Wales. The company currently fulfil contracts throughout mainland UK, employing up to 300 event stewards and 100 Security Industry Authority (SIA) licensed staff during the summer months. The company never sub contract in other companies to help fulfil our contracts, instead we use our own staff to fulfil every contract, and do not plan to change this.

“We recognise that our staff is our future”. Induction and on-going training at our own dedicated training centre are key elements for all employees. But we don’t just say it, “we do it”.

Our company motto is simple, “Treat People How You Yourself Would Like To Be Treated”.

Our managing director, Mr Nick Dymond has been involved with the security industry for 15 years. Working as a Head Doorman and Door Supervisor at various venues throughout the UK. Nick has also been involved with the security arrangements for the Berlin Love Parade; this event attracts over 1 million people each year. Recently Nick has successfully completed at 2 year degree in Crowd Safety Management at Bucks New University. He is also the senior trainer for our training branch, NDSS Training Limited, and is able to provide certificated training in line with the requirements with the SIA. Nick has also passed courses in Physical Intervention, Pit Training and First Aid.

Amanda Bradley comes from a sales background and is driving force in securing new contracts. She is also responsible for all recruitment. The company also employs full time logistics and administration staff during the summer months.
